The internet sales team was great. Docs were done and I expected to be in and out in under an hour. Then I got passed to a floor salesperson—not bad, just a surprise. Business office took more than an hour and a half. Finance was fast and thorough. Leave the whole day open if you buy here.

Dropped the car off September 18. Communication was slow. The car had no reverse; they parked it where valet could not pull it out. The battery died while it sat. After I complained, they did reach out, explained the transmission issue, and went further than I expected. It should not take a public complaint to get normal service. Ended in a better place than it started.
